Join a top-tier global pharmaceutical leader in Groton, CT as a Research Associate IV. In this 100% on-site role, you will play a key part in supporting health outcomes research studies that evaluate the real-world value of cutting-edge healthcare interventions.

responsibilities:

• Support the design and execution of outcomes research studies, including database analysis, literature reviews, and health economic modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research insights with broader medical and marketing strategies.
• Assist in drafting high-impact scientific communications, including abstracts, posters, presentations, and peer-reviewed publications.
• Coordinate program stakeholder activities, advisory panels, and cross-team best practice sharing.

 
qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a closely related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in health outcomes research or life sciences data analysis.

Preferred:

• Strong analytical skills with deep familiarity with health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) methodologies.
• Proven ability to interpret and summarize complex scientific data for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience preparing scientific publications, presentations, and communication materials.
