- 2 Years experience required - Accepts first time travelers - Cardio Help experience required - Certifications Required: BLS, PALS - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred - Charting System Experience: Preferred with Epic - Trauma Level I Experience: Preferred - Trauma Level II Experience: Preferred Skills required: - Accessing/Managing Ports - Arterial line management - Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal - BiPAP/CPAP management - Blood Product Administration - Care of Ventilated Patient - Central line care/management - Chronic/Acute Renal failure - Continuous IV sedation - CVA/Acute Stroke management - ECMO - External ventricular drain (EVD) - GI surgery - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - ICP monitoring - Infection Prevention - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Isolation Precautions/PPE - IV insulin protocols - Management of dysrhythmias - Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure - Neuro Intensive Care Unit - Phlebotomy - PICC line management - Post Cardiac Surgery (directly from the OR) - Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR) - Post Neurosurgery management - Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention - Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring - Spinal cord injury - Starting and maintaining IVs - Suctioning (ETT, NT) - Surgical Intensive Care Unit - Titrate Cardiac drips - Titrate Vasoactive drips - Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) - Traumatic Brain injury - Valve Repair/Replacement - Ventilator Management - Cardiohelp
