Electrical Lead Installer

Position Summary

Super Fast Electric is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Lead Installer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for performing and leading commercial and residential electrical installations, repairs, and service work while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code.

The ideal candidate has strong technical electrical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform commercial and residential electrical installations and service work
• Lead and supervise installation crews on job sites
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify effective solutions
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical panels, wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, and related systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding work being performed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and project timelines
• Train and mentor junior electricians and helpers
• Complete job documentation and reports accurately

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial and residential electrical work required
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installations
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift equipment and work in various indoor and outdoor environments

Preferred

• Leadership or crew management experience
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• Experience with service upgrades, generators, lighting systems, and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong customer service and communication abilities

Work Environment

• Residential and commercial job sites
• Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Physical work, including lifting, climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods
